Application for Renunciation of Citizenship

Registrar General's Department (RGD)

Applications to the Registrar General's Department (RGD), for example, for Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, Deed Polls should be sent directly by applicants to that Department in Jamaica, as per the guidelines on each form. They should not be sent to the High Commission in London. Applications received by the High Commission CAN NOT BE PROCESSED and will be returned to sender at your cost.

Certified Copy of Birth Certificate

Applications for Certified Copies of Birth Certificates should be made via the Registrar General's Department.

Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate

Applications for Certified Copies of Marriage Certificates should be made via the Registrar General's Department.

Certified Copy of Death Certificate

Applications for Certified Copies of Death Certificates should be made via the Registrar General's Department.
