Q: My passport has been damaged/burnt/torn, what should I expect?

Once a passport is damaged, it must be replaced. The following fees are applicable:
In the UK
- Adult £125 (including courier fee)
- Child £75 (including courier fee)
Outside the UK
- Adult £125 (excluding courier fee)
- Child £175 (excluding courier fee)
Q: What documents should I present along with the application for a lost/stolen passport?
A:
Please present your Birth Certificate, supplementary ID (Only Valid UK passport or Full Driving Licence), NO PROVISIONAL LICENCE WILL BE ACCEPTED, two passport sized photographs (UN-SIGNED) and the completed application form.
